Welcome to Run&Grow! By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the app.
To access personalized features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
By using the app to record your runs, you grant us permission to collect and use your location data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Disabling location access may impact the app's core functionality.
Run&Grow may offer free and paid subscription plans. All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our cancellation policy.
(For App store)Some subscription plans in Run&Grow are offered on an auto-renewing basis. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged through your Apple ID account. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
(For App store)You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law or approved by Apple.
(For App store)If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your active subscription will be automatically restored as long as your payment is valid. You do not need to manually restore purchases—access will be granted based on your current subscription status linked to your Apple ID.
All intellectual property rights in the app, including content, features, and design, are owned by Run&Grow or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using the app, you consent to these practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in unlawful activity.
Run&Grow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
